Integrative approach based the works of Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, Ph.D.
This work is based on the understanding that body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach looks at underlying causes of stress and imbalance.
Dr. Klinghardt developed an integrative system combining several gentle methods to support well-being on multiple levels at the same time. A key element is Autonomic Response Testing (ART), a biofeedback-based method that observes how the body responds to specific stimuli and may indicate stress patterns or energetic imbalances.
Building on this, Psycho-Kinesiology (PK) supports access to emotional conflicts stored in the subconscious, while Mental Field Technique (MFT) uses tapping and focused awareness to reduce emotional stress and support inner regulation.
Neo-shamanic work – EngelWolf

This approach is rooted in modern neo-shamanic healing work combined with elements of body awareness, Gestalt therapy and process-oriented guidance. It creates a safe space for deep inner exploration and transformation.
Based on the EngelWölfe teachings, this work may include symbolic and intuitive methods such as working with inner images, releasing emotional imprints, and transforming limiting patterns.
The focus is on reconnecting with inner resources, strengthening personal power, and supporting individual growth. It acknowledges that many inner conflicts and blockages can be linked to deeper emotional, energetic, or subconscious dynamics.
Re-Balance – Body-based integration

Re-Balance is a holistic body-oriented concept. Its focus is to support the natural balance of the body and restore a state of “feeling well” on a physical level. This often expresses itself through a more relaxed posture, improved body awareness, and reduced physical tension.
Even in an online session, elements of this approach can be integrated through guided body awareness, gentle exercises, and nervous system regulation techniques. This helps to anchor emotional releases in the body and supports long-term stability and integration.
QuanTens Method

The QuanTens method is based on the idea that body, emotions, and thoughts can be understood as forms of energy and information that interact within a larger field.
Using a tensor (one-handed rod) as a feedback tool, subtle influences, stress factors, and underlying patterns can be explored. This approach considers multiple levels of the human system, including physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and systemic aspects.
Through focused intention and energetic work, imbalances may be supported in shifting, allowing blockages to release and inner processes to reorganize. The aim is to support the natural flow of life energy, strengthen inner balance, and encourage self-regulation.
The session takes place via video call in a safe and supportive space.
